Since 2007, Nashville Build Group has backed every project with a written 2-year workmanship warranty. That means if a defect in our labor or installation shows up within two years of completion, we come back and correct it at no cost to you. This isn't a verbal promise or fine print buried in a contract you never see, it's a signed warranty document that becomes part of your project file the day we hand over the keys. We build a lot of high-end work, from kitchen remodels to full custom homes, and standing behind it for the long haul is part of how we've earned a 4.9-star rating across 430 Google reviews.
Our two-year coverage is genuinely meaningful in Middle Tennessee, where the climate puts real stress on a building. Nashville swings from humid 95-degree summers to hard winter freezes, and that constant expansion and contraction is when sloppy workmanship reveals itself, drywall cracks, sticking doors, grout failures, separating trim. A two-year window covers a full cycle of those seasonal extremes, so if our work doesn't hold up to a Tennessee summer and the following winter, we fix it.
Workmanship is only one layer of protection. The products we install carry their own manufacturer warranties, and we pass every one of them through to you with the paperwork organized in your closeout binder. Andersen and Pella windows we install through our window and door replacement service carry their own long-term glass and frame coverage. Roofing, HVAC, appliances, and waterproofing membranes each come with their own manufacturer terms, often far longer than two years. We register these warranties on your behalf so coverage is active from day one.
It's only fair to be clear about what a workmanship warranty does and does not cover. It covers defects in our labor and installation. It does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse or deferred maintenance, owner-made alterations after we finish, or acts of nature like flooding. Structural and foundation work, such as our foundation services, may carry separate longer-term terms spelled out in that specific contract. We walk through these distinctions during our project process so nothing about coverage is a surprise later.
Making a claim is intentionally simple. Call us at (615) 555-0149 or email your dedicated project manager, the same person who ran your build, and describe the issue. We schedule a visit, assess it, and if it falls under workmanship, we repair it on our dime. No runaround, no arguing over who's responsible. Honest warranty service is one of the clearest ways a builder shows whether they meant what they said, and we'd rather earn your referral than dodge a callback.
